Delete your DriveWise AI account

In the app

1. Sign in and open Profile.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Under Close your account, choose Close my account.
4. Type DELETE and choose Delete everything.

It happens straight away. A Pro subscription is cancelled at the same moment, so nothing more is charged.

Can't sign in? Email privacy@drivewiseai.com.au from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you, delete it and reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and email address, shifts, car costs, settings, home suburb, advisor notes, alert settings and phone alert devices, airport rank reports, paperwork dates, logbooks, receipts, car care items, incidents and records of AI use. Receipt and incident photos are deleted within a day.

Export anything you want to keep first: the Money & tax page downloads your shifts as a CSV file and your year-end pack. The ATO expects business records to be kept for years.

What is kept

• Billing records held by Stripe, if you ever paid: as long as tax law requires (generally 5 to 7 years).
• City-level demand figures, which contain nothing about you.
