For fleets
A driver who clears the rent keeps the car.
The expensive part of running a rental fleet isn't the car. It's the driver who can't make the week work, stops answering, and hands the keys back. DriveWise AI puts your drivers on better hours: where demand is building, what a shift actually kept after fuel and wear, and whether a platform bonus is worth chasing. One code puts the whole fleet on it.

What your drivers get
The same app a driver pays for themselves. Nothing is held back from a fleet driver, and nothing extra is asked of them.
- Where demand is building
- Flights landing, venues emptying, rain starting and roads closing, read as one board, and scored for when they would arrive rather than for the moment they look.
- What the shift actually kept
- Fuel or charging, wear, GST and tax taken off, so they know their real hourly rate instead of the fare total.
- Is the bonus worth it
- A platform quest priced against their own weakest hours. It is allowed to say no, and often does.
- The records for tax time
- An ATO logbook, expenses and receipts kept as they go, not reconstructed in July.
What that's worth to you
- Fewer changeover weeks
- The app's whole job is more paid hours and fewer empty ones. A driver who clears the rent keeps the car, and you know your own churn number and what a changeover costs you.
- Damage logged on the day
- Damage, cleaning, a disputed rating: photos, times and notes kept at the time, in the driver's own records. If a claim reaches you, it exists.
- Nothing for you to run
- No install, no admin, no seats to manage. You hand out a code.
Your numbers, not your drivers'
You get a page of your own, on a link, with no account to set up. Seats used against your cap, how many drivers used it this month and what that comes to, how many seats have never been opened, and your code to hand out again.
What it will never show you is a driver. Not their earnings, not their shifts, not their trips, not where they are. None of it reaches you, because none of it is yours, and there is no version of this where it does.
Drivers are told the same thing when they join, which is why they will actually use it. An app the boss can watch them through gets deleted in a week, and then you are paying for nothing.
How it works
You get a code. Your drivers sign up and enter it, and they are on Pro. There is nothing to install and no seats to manage. A driver who leaves the fleet comes off it.
You are billed on the drivers who actually used it that month, not on how many codes you handed out, so a car sitting idle costs you nothing.
What it costs
Per driver, per month, ex-GST, and only for drivers who used it that month.
| Active drivers | Per driver, per month |
|---|---|
| 1–9 | $12 |
| 10–29 | $10 |
| 30+ | $9 |
A driver paying for themselves pays $14.99 a month or $99 a year, including GST. Nobody signs anything and there is no minimum term: the bill follows the drivers who used it, month to month.
Start with a pilot
30 days, free, for a handful of your drivers. It ends on its own date, so there is nothing to cancel and nobody will chase you. That is long enough for a driver to log the few shifts it takes before the app can tell them what they actually keep per hour, which is the part worth judging us on.
